The Christian life is a balanced life. By that I mean that everything about it is not negative – as some people seem to think. It is not a series of “don’ts”! It is counterbalanced by positive directives that are de-signed for our good – and God’s glory. Psalm 1 is an example of this balance. It presents a positive admonition – as well as a warning to those who refuse or neglect to submit themselves to the statutes of God’s Word. We will complete our look at Psalm 1 today. “The Path to Godliness, Part 2”, is taken from Psalm 1:4-6.
