Profit and Loss

From the outset of His earthly ministry Christ set as His objective the winning of the lost. (Luke 19:10). We see Him pursuing that goal throughout the gospels as He went out of His way win the woman at the well; speaking to Nicodemus in the dead of night; and to Zacchaeus in privacy of his home.

Each of them, because of Christ’s pursuit, were seeking answers – and found resolution in Christ. Where we find resolution for our quest will determine our eternal destiny! Christ spoke of this in our text today. “Profit and Loss” is taken from Mark 8:34-37.
