Why Jesus Came - To Destroy the Works of the Devil

Serious spiritual business was transacted during the 33 ½ years of His life here on earth, business that has a powerful effect on our lives today. One of the primary purposes of the Book of I John is to provide assurances to the believer that they are saved. Throughout the book John makes statements like, “by this we know that we have passed from death unto life because…”. We’ll take up one of these truths that bring assurance today. “To Destroy the Works of the Devil” is taken from I John 3:6-10.
