Today we conclude our consideration of “Growing in Thankfulness” – our theme for the month of November. The book of Philippians was written by the Apostle Paul while he sat in a Roman prison, awaiting his execution! What could we possibly learn about thanksgiving from a man in such a situation? The Lord delights in highlighting people in seemingly impossible situations to teach us valuable spiritual lessons. We’ll talk about that this morning. “A Foundation for Thanksgiving” is taken from Philippians 1:12-16.
